Barre Fitness

9am Fridays. Drop-ins welcome. Barre is a fitness class based on principles of dance to define and sculpt the entire body while improving cardiovascular health. Classes taught by Marlene Vale. As a Kinesiologist, Marlene believes that movement is medicine and strives to make her classes accessible to all by offering modifications and careful exercise instruction. Her classes are energizing, dynamic and fun!

PLDCA walking group

Thursdays at 10am. All are welcome. Drop in.  We walk up to and around Killarney Lake from the bottom of Meadowbrook Rd.  It takes about an hour.  Join us by meeting at the mailboxes on Meadowbrook Rd.at 10am.   Friendly dogs welcome with their humans.

Aikido Classes

The Aikido Club runs classes on Tues & Thurs 7 pm and Sunday 10.30 am. For fitness, mind body development, fun and self defence. Taught by Senseis: Jim Kightley, 5th degree black belt; Judith Berman, 4th degree black belt & Randy Feuerriegel, 3rd degree black belt.

Ages 14 and up. Drop in wearing loose clothes and try a fun free class to see if it is for you.
