Community Use

The Prospect Lake Community Hall is a venue that’s available for use on a regular or occasional basis. You can rent the whole thing, or just part of the hall, such as our commercial kitchen, our lovely gardens, the meeting room, the main hall.

• Please note we do not rent to graduations, sports clubs or youth parties due to the location of our facility within a rural residential area.
• Our hall has a limit of 148 guests at a time. It comes with tables, chairs, an audio-visual system, wooden floor and dimmable lights.
• Rentals with alcohol service are required to have Host Liability Insurance and a Special Occasion License.

To rent for activities or for a celebration of life

To rent for activities such as exercise, yoga, art classes, meetings and workshops, cooking, jam making or one off events like a celebration of life, contact our hall rental manager, Laurie at 250.704.9313 or email pldcahallrentals@gmail.com.  She can put together the best package for your needs.
